Not sure whether you’re keeping up with all the work coming in?
Use the Weekly Job Summary report add-on to let ServiceM8 post an update on new jobs, jobs completed and active jobs (work orders and quotes) in the activity feed every week.
You can decide who this handy little summary is shown to each week and pick a day and a time for it to appear
Switch on this add-on by going to Settings > ServiceM8 Add-ons and switching on Weekly Job Summary report
Then head on over to Settings > preferences > reports to choose when and who to show it to.
You’ll want to make sure each week that the number of active jobs isn’t growing. If that number IS growing, that means you’re not moving work through from Quote to Completed as fast or efficiently as you need to.
