I use evernote as an extension of my brain – I add guides, notes, files, meeting details – everything I might find useful. There’s a free version as well as paid upgrades. The premium plan allows you to search all attachments – meaning that you can find mentions of things you’re looking for in files, pdfs and even images! Try out evernote today.
Lastpass
Lastpass is a free and easy to use password manager that helps you save and retrieve passwords on multiple devices.
