All sessions include pre-work, a 90-minute 1:1 call via Zoom, the session recording, notes and resources sent to you within 24-48 hours after the session.
Upon purchasing your session, you’ll be guided through to a coaching page, where you can book your session in. I’ll then send your pre-work questionnaire, which I’ll need you to fill out 2 days before the session (to allow me to prepare properly)
You have six months to book your session from the time of purchase.
