If you loved the calendar view, then make sure you check out the Week by Day view in the new Schedule on ServiceM8.
You can only see a week at a time right now, but it does mean that you get to keep all of your staff colours, and the previous calendar layout, but with the added benefits of:
- Seeing job status as a coloured dot on each booking;
- The ability to customise the information shown on the booking;
- 15 minute intervals;
- No accidental overlap;
- Proper columns for each member of staff, instead of ServiceM8 showing the appointment in terms of who you booked it to first.
- Inline weather predictions, category colours + more
Plus – they’re still making improvements – I spotted yesterday that they’ve put multi-day bookings back into the top part of the calendar, instead of filling an entire day’s column with colour.
