It’s back for a third round – the Optimisation Sprint.
This is a 6-week optimisation sprint for established ServiceM8 users. You already have the basics in place, but know your setup is costing you time, energy, and consistency.
This programme is not about learning ServiceM8 from scratch.
It’s about properly implementing and optimising what you already have, so your system actually supports the way your business runs.
Over six weeks, we’ll streamline your existing workflows, tighten up job stages, reduce manual admin per job, automate the repetitive paperwork you hate, and improve how and when you get paid — all with live support and accountability.
I’m an award-winning ServiceM8 Gold level Partner and have been working with ServiceM8 for 10 years.
I co-ran a successful plumbing & heating business in Surrey for 10 years (2011 – 2021). I did everything from customer service to accounting, bookkeeping, investment, HR.
Once I’d optimised our ServiceM8 account I then had the time to create this, my second business.
I love helping business owners like you be less stressed and to show you ways to run your business with ease and profit.
The most important lesson I’ve learned on this journey is that if you make things easy, speed will follow.
This is the reality of systemising your business.

Week 1 – Wednesday 18th February 8:30am + 6:30pm GMT
We’re going to start with meeting where you are. Mapping out your business model and customer journey for you to use as your map for your ServiceM8 account for the rest of the programme.
This ties together what you do with what you need to do. Something a whole ton of random online tutorials wouldn’t do for you.
Week 2 – Wednesday 25th February 8:30am + 6:30pm GMT
This week, we look at the way you move jobs through ServiceM8. From handling enquiries, to documenting jobs, to having a process for moving work to the next stage.
This area forms baseline admin efficiency. It’s the foundation of the way your account should be set up.
Week 3 – Wednesday 4th March 8:30am + 6:30pm GMT
During this week, we cover everything from pricing, to quoting to invoicing to payment.
Making improvements learned here will make jobs easier to price up, improve your cashflow and get you paid faster. Getting this area right will then help you to automate more easily.
Week 4 – Wednesday 11th March 8:30am + 6:30pm GMT
We’ll cover the aspects of your ServiceM8 account that can be handled automatically. Always tailoring everything back to your business using the map you made in Lesson 1.
Reminding customers of their appointments; chasing up quotes; requesting payment and so much more.
Tips, tricks and techniques will be covered.
Week 5 – Wednesday 18th March 8:30am + 6:30pm GMT
Great information in = Great information out.
Taking your reporting setup to the next level can help you make better, more informed decisions about where to place marketing budget, what types of staff you need to recruit and what aspects of the business need more focus.

Week 6 – Wednesday 25th March 8:30am + 6:30pm GMT
The final lesson. The final piece of the puzzle.
You want your your business to be efficient + profitable before you scale.
We’ll cover mindset, branding and email marketing integration as well as gathering reviews to push out to google.
2 x Weekly Zoom Sessions
You’ll have the option of joining the 8:30am GMT 🇦🇺 Australia-friendly zoom session, or the 6:30pm GMT 🇬🇧 UK-friendly zoom every Wednesday for 6 weeks.
These sessions will take you through each step of Systemise + Scale and will be recorded.
Supplementary Materials + Checklists + Videos
For each lesson, you’ll receive supplementary training materials + videos that will help you truly understand and put the lessons into action.
This includes workbooks, templates, videos, examples, and more.
Accountability Built In
Weekly deadlines. We do the live zoom sessions on a Wednesday and you’ll have a checklist of items that you need to complete by the following Monday.
This ensure that by the time the 6 weeks is up, you’ll have implemented your new systems.

Every week, you’ll focus on either installing, fixing or optimising your current setup, so there’ll be something to improve for every ServiceM8 user.
We start with a mapping session to meet you where you are, you can then optimise what matters to you the most.
This programme is not designed for anyone who isn’t already using ServiceM8, or those who don’t understand the basic concepts of job statuses, job cards and at least a basic idea of how it works.
I’ll be guiding you through optimising your ServiceM8 account and tailoring it to your business, not how to start or set it up from scratch.
