This Apprentice Portfolio Report ServiceM8 Form allows your apprentices, students or employees in training to keep track of skills or tasks they have completed, with space for photo evidence, information about what they completed, where and when – as well as sign off from their line manager.
This form will allow you to easy stockpile evidence of their abilities, allowing you and them to submit it easily as evidence towards any qualifications they are working towards.

The report design is personalised with your company logo and details and automatically fills in the customer’s name and address, enabling you to create branded reports in no time at all.
No internet connection – No problem!
Apprentices, students or trainees don’t need to have internet access to record all of the details – just complete the report on the app as normal and the final PDF can be generated once the engineer regains signal, or from the office.
