Use labels in WhatsApp Business to Organise your Customers and your Chats

I’ve yet to speak to a business owner who doesn’t use WhatsApp in their business these days.

The ideal situation is that you have WhatsApp (personal) for your friends and family and WhatsApp Business for work stuff.

This tip is relevant for WhatsApp Business users..

Use labels in to organise + find your messages.

You can create labels with different colours or names, and add them to an entire chat.

Create labels

1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Tools > Labels > Add new label.
3. Enter label name > tap Save.

Note: You can create up to 20 labels.

Apply labels to a chat

1. Tap and hold the chat > tap Label.
2. Select the labels you want to apply.

Note: If multiple labels are applied to a chat, labels will appear side-by-side.

Find labeled content

1. Tap Tools > Labels.
2. Tap a label.
