ServiceM8 announced the Office Agent as part of the ServiceM8 14 release last September, and it’s one I’m genuinely looking forward to. It’s been delayed, but it is coming, and when it does drop it will likely roll out gradually, so being on the waitlist early puts you nearer the front of the queue.

The Office Agent is described as an AI-powered virtual staff member that works inside your ServiceM8 account, handling routine admin tasks so you can focus on the work that actually needs you. You set it tasks, it works through them, and comes back to you with suggested actions to approve or decline before anything happens. You stay in control, it just does the legwork.

Based on what ServiceM8 have shared so far, it’s designed to do things like chase quotes that haven’t had a response, draft replies, and flag overdue tasks. Like a superpowered version of the Action Required list.
The details on exactly what it can do will become clearer once it’s available.
To join the waitlist, go to ServiceM8.com > Account > Features & Integrations in your ServiceM8 dashboard, find the ServiceM8 Office Agent add-on, and enable it. That’s it, you’ll be notified when access becomes available.

I’m already on the waitlist and I’ll share a proper write-up once I’ve had chance to use it. In the meantime, take two minutes to get yourself added.
Have you signed up for the waitlist yet?
