Want early access to new ServiceM8 features? There’s an add-on for that.
Most people wait until ServiceM8 rolls out new features to everyone. But if you’re the type who likes getting your hands on stuff early, there’s a better way.
ServiceM8 has a “Next Group” add-on you can switch on in your account. Turn it on and you get access to beta features before they’re officially released.

What’s the point?
You get to test new features while they’re still being developed. See what’s coming. Give feedback that actually influences how things work. Sometimes catch bugs before they affect everyone else.
Plus, you’re not waiting around for months wondering when that feature you heard about is finally going to land in your account.
Your commitment:
You need to commit to letting the ServiceM8 team know if you find issues – it’s as simple as firing off a quick email with screenshots, but don’t sign up if you’re not going to actively help.
The trade-off:
Beta features can be a bit rough around the edges. That’s kind of the point – ServiceM8 wants real users poking at things to find what works and what doesn’t.
If you need everything to be perfect and polished, this is probably not for you. But if you like being ahead of the curve and don’t mind the occasional quirk, it’s worth switching on.
Just go to your add-ons, search for “Next Group” and switch it on.
You can always turn it off if you change your mind.
Are you part of the Next Group already?
