My simplest but most effective Zapier automation 🤖
Two steps:
1️⃣ A job is queued in ServiceM8
2️⃣ An email is automatically sent to the job contact
The email goes out from my own address, addressed to the client by name, and lets them know their enquiry is being reviewed and I’ll be in touch shortly.
And right at the bottom? A little P.S. that says ‘My Robot Sent This’ 😄

It takes the pressure off having to respond to every new enquiry immediately – the client gets an acknowledgement straight away, and I can follow up properly when I’m ready.
This kind of automation doesn’t have to be complicated to make a real difference. If you’re using ServiceM8 and Zapier (or even thinking about it), this is a great one to start with.
