This service includes:
- Setting up and publishing 5 automations of your choice from the following list:
- Review collection automation – I’ll automate the gathering of reviews on your top 2 platforms – eg facebook, google, checkatrade, which trust a trader etc
- Quote follow up – automatically follow up with the customer after the quote has been sent
- Payment / invoice chaser – automatically remind the customer that their payment is due after the invoice has been sent
- Automatic booking reminders – remind the customer of their booking, so that they don’t forget the appointment
- Live statements – send your choice of customers automatic statements on a weekly, fornightly or monthly basis to let them know how much they owe you in total and which invoices are outstanding.
- Booking confirmation – automatically confirm the appointment once it’s been made
- Form inbox follow ups – trigger an automatic notification to a member of staff when a form is completed or a particular answer is provided
- Annual reminder of service coming up
- Post job check-in email or text – describe other services offered, offer a discount etc
- I’ll suggest wording for the email and text message templates, but you can supply your own wording too if you would like to.
- I’ll send you a document that summarises the settings of the automations that have been created for you. This document will also include information on how to manage the automations and switch them on and off overall and individually, so that you have full control.
