I’ll set up a complete ServiceM8 service reminder system for you in ServiceM8.
This is relevant for you if you –
- Want to send your customers & staff reminders when annual services are due – eg Boiler Service reminders, boiler install reminders, gas safety check reminders
- Want a sortable and exportable list of all of the servicing coming up in future months
- Not sure where to start with ServiceM8’s add-ons, automations, badges and templates
This service includes:
- Enabling all of the relevant ServiceM8 add-ons
- Setup of a job completion follow-up automation to send customers an email reminder, a text message reminder, or both.
- Setup of a job template so that this happens automatically whenever you complete a service.
- Setup of the badge that creates a reminder for your staff and adds the details of the service to a list that can viewed and sorted in ServiceM8 and be downloaded to excel.
- Shortcuts to the forms that need to be completed as part of the service you’re offering
- I’ll suggest wording for the email and text message templates, but you can supply your own wording too if you would like to.
- I’ll send you a document that summarises the settings of the automations that have been created for you. This document will also include information on how to manage the automations and switch them on and off overall and individually, so that you have full control.
