This Plumbing Condition report form is designed for and fully compatible for use with ServiceM8.
This form takes you and your staff through a number of questions about the state of various items and areas within a property from a plumbing and heating perspective.
It includes the ability to add up to 12 photos to document the condition, as well as lots of opportunities for notes and tick boxes.
To make it clear to anyone reading the report, the state of an item is categorised into GOOD, FAIR, POOR or N/A
This report is perfect for plumbing & heating firms who work with letting agents, property management firms and landlords.
