This CO & SMoke Alarms report form is designed for and fully compatible for use with ServiceM8.
This form takes you and your staff through a number of questions about the carbon monoxide and smoke alarms at a property to document the details of the alarms that are present. This includes the option to take a photo, record the location and expiry date and a Pass / Fail for each alarm found.
This report allows for up to 4 x Carbon Monoxide Alarms and 4 x Smoke Alarms to be documented.
