I’ll turn your existing forms into asset management-ready versions for you!
This is relevant for you if you’re –
- Already using ServiceM8’s asset management add-on
- Already using ServiceM8’s forms add-on
- You want your service forms and sheets you complete against your assets to pull in the information from the asset record.
This service includes:
- Creation of a new version of your existing ServiceM8 form, so that you can use both on your ServiceM8 account
- Up to 10 existing asset record fields will be added to your form (your asset type will need to have already been created)
- Changes to your ServiceM8 form to remove any unnecessary questions once the asset fields are added to the template.
For example –
- Let’s say you’ve set up a ‘gas boiler’ asset type.
- You can complete gas service and maintenance records against that asset
- I’ll take your existing Gas Service and Maintenance Record form and I’ll change the template to pull through the asset record information
- When you complete this form against the asset, you won’t have to answer any more questions about the make, model, location etc of the boiler, because they’ll be pulled through from the asset.
