Using ServiceM8 for larger projects

Here are a few ideas for how you can get the most out of ServiceM8 when you’re tackling larger projects.

Firstly remember that –

  • you can book as many appointments in as often as you need
  • you can book all-day appointments and have them span weeks.

Next, you can utilise various features.. consider –

  • creating a work in progress ServiceM8 form that your team can fill out at the end of every day
  • using job queues well to manage the stages within the larger / longer project
  • use partial invoicing to request staged payments – ie send an invoice after first fix, second fix etc
  • use @mentions to notify the right people at the right time
