Description
This is a custom online booking form to allow your customers or Virtual Assistant to choose & book a time in your ServiceM8 calendar for site quote visits.
This uses the ‘services’ add-on in ServiceM8.
Customisations Available
- You decide how long you’d like to set aside for each quote visit
- Customers are encouraged to pick appointment times when you’re in their area with the ‘eco-friendly’ feature
- Choose the members of staff who can go out and do quotes
- Text changes available on request
Please note
ServiceM8 offers appointment times based on general availability of the member of staff you have selected. It’s currently not possible to offer specific times periods for selection. If ServiceM8 sees that the length of the booking fits into a gap in your diary that’s within office hours, it’ll suggest it to the person making the booking.
